If you register for both training days and the Emergence Conference, you can save $100, not to be combined with any other discounts.*

If you're interested in training on Monday, November 2nd, and Thursday, November 5th, you will select the training option you would like when registering for the event.

Registration Once you've registered for Emergence, you'll receive a confirmation email. Keep this email handy as you may need it to make changes to your registration.

Hotel Accommodations We have secured discounted hotel rates at Crystal Gateway Marriot until October 12. These discounted rates can only be accessed through the Emergence hotel booking portal.

We recommend booking as early as possible for access to the best selection and rates as inventory is subject to availability at the time of booking. See here for more information about the Emergence venue and other hotel options.

Monday and Thursday, customize your training experience to fit your needs—choose from full-day training or mix-and-match AM and PM training on both Monday and Thursday. Find more information on those trainings and register here.

Tuesday and Wednesday, mix-and-match conference sessions from our education tracks: Best Practices, Leadership and Growth, Marketplace and Extensions, Product and Innovation, and Technical Operations.*

Refund Policy

We are excited about the 2026 Emergence Conference and hope you are as well. However, we understand that plans can change, and we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

All registration cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to events@imisemergence.com no later than October 16, 2026.

Cancellations received after October 16, 2026, will be eligible for a refund of all fees paid, less a $100 administrative fee. ASI regrets that refunds will not be issued for no-shows.

Requests for exceptions to the cancellation and refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant, along with appropriate supporting documentation, no later than October 16, 2026.
